A few years ago I had a vision of entering a living sound portal, a quantum gateway into self through the lands and waters of Guatemala. This space would support the receiving of ‘golden codes of bliss’ that would open and deepen my relationship to the sacredness of self, the ancient song lines and music of the lands. These codes would be a direct remembrance from the Mayan cultures and open packets of sound & light codes within me. I was asked to open a doorway for others who would be called, who knew it was time for them to receive and remember their own portals within, to enter into a pure soul union, remember and receive their golden codes, supported through lands and waters of Guatemala.
This time together through the profound energies of 11-11 gateway and full moon, bring a deep and transformational alignment that will inspire and support you to embody the truth of your core being. You will embrace a new rhythm and live with deeper awareness and presence in your world. You will take away with you practical, down to earth ideas, exercises and insights, as well as streamline your multi-dimensional self. You will understand more your innate connection and how to live this on earth now, in flow and ease.

About our retreat location – Villa Sumaya: This beautiful retreat and wellness center is located in Santa Cruz la Laguna, Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. This area, deep in the culture of the Maya, is believed to be the center of the universe and the ‘belly button of the earth’. The tremendous healing power and energy of Lake Atitlan is volcanic in origin, filling an enormous caldera formed by a supervolcanic eruption 84,000 years ago. This creates a potent energy vortex that is incredible!
In Sanskrit, Sumaya means a long-awaited dream come true, while in Arabic it translates as a little piece of paradise. Both of these definitions inspire us to open to what is ‘TO BE’ on this journey together. To see more about Villa Sumaya please go here.
Accommodation: Lotus House: You stay in twin share (2 people per room) in a beautiful part of Villa Sumaya – the Lotus House. If you wish single accommodation please contact us separately to see if this is possible. Rooms are very limited. Please go here to view the accommodations. Once you secure your deposit we send you a list of rooms from the Lotus House that are available for you to choose from. There are only 2 rooms left!

Villa Sumaya is such a beautiful space you may want to stay on a couple of days to visit the local villages, got on a hike, etc. Enquire early!
(It’s recommended participants refrain from alcohol during the retreat. Please note: no recreational drugs allowed during this retreat – thank you for your co-operation on this!).

**Language of Light is innate within all of us. When an artist paints, when a singer sings, when we dance, speak, connect in joy, there is a language that is more intuitive, more inspired through our higher senses, that ‘something’ that is communicating through us. About Ingrid Verhagen: Ingrid has been guiding yoga since 2007. Having trained with oa Vyasa (Singapore) and Strala (USA), her focus in Soulyoga is on dropping stress, moving from the middle with ease and finding your own flow of being best in your body. And having fun along the way! She draws from her trainings as an NLP Master Practitioner, BodyTalkSystem & Parama Practitioner, Reiki Master, Shadow Coach, Integrative Coach and Victoria’s amazing Living Sound Light Systems in her private coaching and energy sessions. She is passionate about empowering people to empower themselves and loves reconnecting people with their inner magic and supporting them to transform stress into evolutionary drivers of creation.
Ingrid lives in The Netherlands, only a 15 minute bike ride from her favorite Dutch dunes and beach.
