BE JOY in the Liberation of Judgement
“Where there is no judgement there is nothing to forgive”
When I first heard these words from Source my first reaction was huh?
I had to stop and really think and feel into the message for me that was being expressed. My logical mind was saying “but what about all this forgiveness stuff, everything we are told that to ‘move on’ we must forgive? What about having to forgive people for this and that and more importantly to forgive myself for what I had done to others etc?”
Now, looking back, I realise the power of these words and the impact that they have had on my life ever since. There has been such a shift to freedom and liberation within me, a deeper understanding that to let go of judgement was yes, an ongoing journey but also a magnificent one, and has brought with it such a sense of presence and awareness in my life.
When I feel the power of choice that is held within me and the power to choose happiness over sadness, freedom over judgement that keeps me bound to a person, a circumstance or situation, I will choose freedom from judgement every time! It’s the only way for me TO BE!
So perhaps, just for this now, if you can, take a breath, and ask of your I AM to show you and guide you into what it would feel like to NOT have to ‘forgive’ anyone!
What if, just for this moment, there was an awareness that there is judgement in the word ‘forgiveness’ or ‘having to’ forgive a person, a situation, an action, a thought etc etc?
How different would your experience be without the mind saying something is wrong or right, good or bad?
What if you realised that if there was no judgement in the first place then there would be no need for forgiveness?
That perhaps the truth isn’t that you need to forgive, but rather the awareness of your own judgement?
That the power of joy and happiness in your life is in the liberation of any judgement within you?
Imagine a life free of judgement and the never-ending cycle of ‘having to forgive because, because, because, because……..isn’t it simply just too exhausting?
